Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
At Flinttsdrown, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the procedures for cancelling an order, returning goods and requesting a refund.
Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, Flinttsdrown offers a 30-day return period.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, the item should:
-
Be unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection or trying on;
-
Be unwashed;
-
Be returned with any original tags attached, where applicable;
-
Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible;
-
Be in a condition suitable for resale; and
-
Include proof of purchase or the relevant order number.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected by these conditions.
2. Your Legal Right to Cancel an Online Order
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, customers purchasing goods online have the right to cancel their contract without giving a reason.
You generally have 14 days from the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
Where one order contains several goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after the last item is received.
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right to cancel.
To exercise this right, contact us at:
Email: help@Flinttsdrown.store
You may also use the cancellation form at the end of this policy, although you are not required to do so.
3. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will make reasonable efforts to process your request before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still have the right to cancel and return it in accordance with this policy and applicable UK consumer law.
4. How to Make a Return
To arrange a return, please contact:
Please include:
-
Your full name;
-
Your order number;
-
The item or items you wish to return; and
-
The reason for the return, where relevant.
Providing a reason is not required when exercising your statutory cancellation right.
Returns should be sent to:
Please retain proof of postage or another form of evidence showing that the goods have been returned.
5. Return Postage
Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and retaining proof of postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, Flinttsdrown will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
6. Inspection of Goods
You are entitled to inspect and try goods in a way that would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.
You may therefore, for example, try on an item of clothing to check its size and fit.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and their value has been reduced as a result, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Normal inspection of an item will not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.
7. Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law.
These may include:
-
Goods made to your specifications;
-
Clearly personalised goods;
-
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Where an exclusion applies, this will not remove any rights you may have if the item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied by Flinttsdrown must be:
-
Of satisfactory quality;
-
Fit for their usual purpose and any particular purpose made known to us where applicable; and
-
As described.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the legal requirements, please contact:
Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us understand the issue more quickly, although requesting photographs does not remove your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal remedy, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction.
9. 30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods
Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract.
Where this legal right applies and is properly exercised, you may be entitled to reject the goods and receive a refund.
This right is separate from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns policy.
10. Faults Discovered After 30 Days
If a fault is discovered after the initial 30-day period, you may have the right to request a repair or replacement.
Where repair or replacement is required by law, it must be carried out within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience to you and without charging you the necessary costs of providing the remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, if repair or replacement is unsuccessful, impossible or otherwise does not provide the remedy required by law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods.
These rights are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the circumstances of the individual purchase.
11. Faults Within the First Six Months
Where a fault becomes apparent during the first six months after delivery, UK consumer law provides additional protection to the consumer.
Unless the circumstances establish otherwise in accordance with the law, the trader may be responsible for providing an appropriate legal remedy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce those statutory protections.
12. Incorrect Items
If we send you an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us at:
We will arrange an appropriate remedy and will cover reasonable return costs where required.
13. Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please include:
-
Your order number;
-
A description of the damage; and
-
Photographs of the product and packaging where available.
Any request for photographs is intended to help us investigate the delivery issue and does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
14. Refunds Following Statutory Cancellation
Where you validly cancel an online purchase under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund payments due to you in accordance with UK law.
This normally includes:
-
The price paid for the returned goods; and
-
The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option that we offered for the original order.
If you selected an enhanced, express or more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
15. Refund Times
Where goods are being returned following statutory cancellation, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earliest of:
-
The day we receive the returned goods; or
-
The day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
Where applicable, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
16. Refund Method
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.
We will not charge you a refund administration fee where the law prohibits such a charge.
After we issue a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
17. Original Delivery Charges
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method, such as express or premium delivery, the additional delivery cost above our standard option is not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed by us.
18. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, style or product, please contact us at:
Where a direct exchange is not available, you may be asked to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. Sale and Promotional Items
Products purchased during a sale, promotion or discount event continue to benefit from the same statutory consumer rights as full-price goods.
A discount does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
Where a product has been reduced specifically because of a defect that was clearly disclosed to you before purchase, you will not normally be able to rely on that same disclosed defect as the basis of a claim.
20. Proof of Purchase
We may ask for reasonable proof that the product was purchased from Flinttsdrown.
This may include:
-
Your order confirmation;
-
Your order number;
-
A payment record; or
-
Other reasonable evidence of purchase.
21. Refusing a Return
We may refuse a return made solely under our voluntary returns policy where, for example:
-
The 30-day voluntary return period has expired;
-
The item has been worn extensively, washed, altered or damaged by the customer;
-
The goods are not eligible for a change-of-mind return under applicable law; or
-
The return does not meet the conditions of our voluntary returns policy.
We will not use this section to deny or restrict any statutory consumer right.
22. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
This includes relevant rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will apply.
23. Model Cancellation Form
You may use the following form if you wish to cancel your contract, but its use is not compulsory.
